  • Peanut Butter Cake?

    K...slightly modified recipe from what I got off of here, here r the ingriedients and the breakdown I basically got from it...now this is really only for someone who's on a keto diet....cause 90% of the carbs r from the all natural peanut butter which doesn't kick me out of ketosis so I can pretty much eat all i want of it...and this is my current love :) damn i haven't had cake in so long and i swear it tastes just like that....

    Ingredients:
    1 Jar of Smuckers All natural peanut butter creamy
    7 Eggs
    2 Cubs of Splenda
    2 Scoops of Choclate Whey Protein..for me purelab
    3 table spoons of baking soda

    Peanut Butter
    Cal=2940
    Fat=224
    Carbs=88
    Protein=112

    Eggs
    Cal=490
    Fat=31.5
    Carbs=7
    Protein=42

    Whey Protein
    Cal=260
    Fat=4
    Carbs=6
    Protein=44

    Totals
    Cal=3690
    Fat=259.5
    Carbs=101
    Protein=198

    That's basically what i got from overlooking the breakdown....and i know I can eat this and stay in ketosis just fine...and i am averaging one of these a day now :D and it's really good stuff....eating some right now :) guess it's my way to survive dieting through this christmas season of cookies and what not and seeing all these sweets..tastes like heaven to me....try it out if u want...later yall...just thought i would share...

    What do you do with the ingredients?? I'm assuming this thing's baked because of the baking soda, correct?
