What are you supplementing and are you cylceing. From this it looks like you could drop the milk and use water it would help.

Okay I just sart a heavy mass cycle 16 weeks I'm taking test prop 100ml ED weeks 1-2; test Icn 750 wk; EQ 600ml wk; dbol 50mg and abombs weeks 1-6; Fina 75mg ed weeks 8-16 I know thats alot of stuff but I want to get big! I just can't understand this stomach thing unless its just the Cyto gain protein drinks twice a day with milk. I do feel bloated a lot if that helps any! Aslo would taking 30 mg of gultamine a day make any difference?

Your goal now is to get big, lean-tissue wise, then a super-high-calorie diet is probably not for you at this point. If you eat a low-fat diet, it doesn't matter how many calories you take in, you won't gain any fat. Therefore i would cut back on the whole eggs to maybe 1 and 5 whites, cut out the milk and use water and see how your body responds to this and keep making adjustments to you hit your goal. Bottom line , if you exceed your energy requirements, you'll gradually get fatter and fatter. So good luck
