    Do you keep a record of it and try to keep it consistend or only when your dieting?

    I usually have 2-3 shakes a day and 5 whole food meals. no need to record it. easy to remember.

      so a rough guesstimate?
      I take in between 250-300gms a day..

        I usually get 100-200gms a day. with around 3-5 meals.

          I've had a diet written out for me that equaled about 200 g of protein a day. Now I just do the same plan every day so it's easy to remember.

                  i try to get 200 + grams i have 2 shakes a day the rest from food spread out in 6 small meals
