    Cook up some hard boiled eggs, chuck out the yolks and spread on some hummus. You can also lay out some turkey slices and spread on the hummus and then roll them up and eat , tastes great!

    how many grams in one boiled egg white? I have a bunch of chooks and I figure this is my cheapest source of protein. Just need to know how many grams so I can work out my daily intake.

      1 egg white is 3.5-4 grams of protein
