Not really meal planning but fitday.com is free and keeps track of your calorie breakdowns and activity on a daily basis. Check it out.

Brannie, Schiz used to do meal planning for a fee. If you want hit me up at [email protected], and I'll forward you a copy of my meal planning spreadsheet (FREE). Basically you copy from the food page and cpaste to the meal you want to modify. It automatically totals for your meal, and daily as well. Mine is currently set up for 3,000 cals/day. Take care TY
