It is unfortunate. Instead of trying to help someone, a newbie decided he was going to call out some mods, and pretty much say they don't know what they are talking about...Great way to hijack a thread for someone who needed help.

Since roman seems to be all-knowing in all aspects of diet and training, he seems to be questioning sound advice instead of helping a fellow member.

I'm sure what we'd all like to know is :
