i am on my first week of this years precontest diet.i am right now using 300g protien a day from fish,chicken,steak,turkey,venison and whey powder.then for carbs i am taking in 125g a day from brown rice,oatmeal and yams.i also eat alot of greens and i get my fats from flax oil,olive oil and natural peanut butter.as far as other supplements i use a really good multi vit/min and glutamine.i have used this diet 3 times now and always get really shredded for my shows.i just wanted to know if any of you have any advice that would help me get a little more fine tuned.PEACE.................WEIGHT!!!:agree:
