    1 cup of dry curd cottage cheese w/sugar free jello and 1 cup egg whites

      1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, 2 cup skim milk, and flax if needed to meet my fat intake goals.

        1 cup lowfat cottage cheese and either 3-4 lowfat Triscuits or a teaspoon of natural peanut butter or almond butter (depending on my mood).

          Sometimes a protein shake with a banana
          Sometimes a bowl of organic green beans with lemon juice
          Sometimes boiled egg whites with a little pepper

              Cutting- 60 grams protein whey/casein blend

              Bulking- MRP

              Drinking- 1 large pizza w/pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green chili, canadian bacon, extra cheese, red pepper.:D

                        usually just a protein shake and liquid aminos, although im bulking so im usually eating all the time anyways. in fact just finished 5 tacos and a burrito from taco bell MMM MMM
