  • Faviorite Diet Meal?

    well many people may have just started dieting this week, well i've been doing low carbs for a month and a half now or so, actually probably about 5 weeks? i dunno i forget, don't care, don't wanna remember anyways :) now about the post, my question is what is ur faviorite current meal? I always go through phases of eating things that I love and I eat a ton of it till i get sick of it than switch to something else....also what kind of diet r u on at the time? Here's mine

    Grilled Chicken Breast 8-10ounces, With 4-6 strips of bacon on it, with mozarella cheese that gets melted on it from the heat of the grill, also a big salad with cheese, bacon bits, and caesar dressing, and a big glass of crystal light ice tea....so what's urs?

    Shrimp, Chicken breast, scallops all sauted in a lemon, pepper, olive oil, garlic combo. on whole wheat pasta. YUM YUM

      Or an extra large Papa Johns pizza meat lovers with extra cheese and red pepper with some friggin chicken wings and ranch dippin sauce, and breadsticks! ok I am gettin a boner and my drool might fuck up the keyboard. Back to my grilled chicken w/ no carbs.:D

        that's so wrong i had such a mental image going with that pizza....god I so would kill for one right now!!! lol I still have another 12 weeks to gooooo ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

            2 cups of cottage cheese, 1 box of sugar free jello, plenty of splenda, and blended like hell together until it looks like pudding.

              YUM! That sounds good... my fave cottage cheese concotion is equal measures of cottage cheese and frozen rasberries... blend w/ splenda and YUMMY!!!! rasberry/frozen ice cream like treat! not too low carb friendly though.

                    12oz steak.... plain and simple...3 times a day....

                    A treat I like when dieting down is this
                    2 scoops vanilla protein
                    1 packet crystal light lemon ade
                    3-5 egg wgites (depending on how ya like it)

                    blend it all together, put it in frying pan and cook....

                    tastes just like sponge cake....
