I have seen only one site (bodybuilding.com) which offers a BMR and how to figure out exactly what you need and what mulitpliers to use and the formulas to go by. With that being said do any of you know of other methods and sites to be researched and compared for accuracy against other methods. I don't want to take the first break doen of a BMR and use it. I would much rather look at other formulas and guidlines for calculating BMR and what to add/subtract for gaining weight an/or losing fat.
Can ya'll help out on this on with a site, an old thread, advice...etc.
