MIKES MUSCLE BURGERS
This is great for someone on a bulk and can be tweaked for one who is cutting
I take:
1 lb Salmon Filet - Diced to a gooh, basically ground, Food Processr would be great, I just squeeze them to shit with my hands
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers - Mashed, used as bread crumbs
3 whole eggs - To hold it all together
Pepper/Onion/Tomato Diced, as many as u like
Mix it all 2gether in a mixing bowl and seperate into 4 burgers
each having 1/4 lb of salmon in it!!!!!
Grill them for 10 mins on ur George Foreman Grill and its f**kin awesome!!!
