And stay big at the same time. I have 19" pipes but no longer have the big thick vein running down the middle. I have started cardio back up running three times per week at 6.5 for 15 to 20 min. That should help I think.
I hate that to lean out i have to lose my ass. Girls like the ass. You know what I mean out there. How can you do both? The hardest core thing that I take is creatine. I have never taken anything else.
If I want to put on weight I have to add to the waist line. There doesn't seem to be another way. Has anyone out there had any success?
I'm trying to get that separation between the muscles but have no luck. I'm so tired of seeing all the girls gawk at the guys in the gym on the juice or andro etc while us natty guys attempt to grind out gains with no hope of ever acheiving the muscle hypertrophy you can with drugs.
Anyone else feeling my pain out there?
