Ronmolina is right on, fruit is not 100% fructose and has tons of health benefits, vitamins, antioxidants etc. Just because someone is able to get to contest bodyfat % without fruit doesn't mean it's the only way. I'm sure I could do so without chicken, doesn't make chicken a no no while dieting.
