  • Just a hypothetical

What if a person has been working out and not really following a diet, just kind of eating whatever. Say around 3000 calories a day high protein, medium carbs and fat. However, its not complete clean. OF course you would put on some fat and muscle.

Well what if, this same athelete completely changed their diet and started eating 3000 calories of completely clean food? (Correct protein, carb, and fat ratios and everything) How would this athelets body change? Would this person loose fat and possible gain some muscle? Just wondering what changes could be expected?

If you started eating low glycemic carbs only you would lose fat and gain muscle. You may also lose some weight.

I thought that was impossible, being natural!
