yea it's fucken nuts. i hate trash tv but my girl was watching this one day and i was just fucken shocked. these people have open sores where their skin literally rips open as they walk and it pulls and rubs...

some of them have no help to clean themselves or wipe so they walk around or lay in bed with shit all over them.

its disgusting but i challenge you to watch 1 episode and see if you can't keep watching. :D
