will taking mini (ephedrine 25mgs) get rid of the water ret. due to creatine?
if i take 25mg of mini ephdrine pills after i work out will it get rid of the water retention due to creatine, i've noticed that when i take it afterwords of my workouts my muscle is contracted and is nice and tight....
i was under the impression that water retention was how creatine worked. i'm sure the ephedrine will help, just drink a lot of water throughout the day. (ironic isn't it?)
