Using time released DHEA to keep test levels up?

I'm currently taking 1-ad (300mgs) and i want to know what exactly i can take to keep my levels of test up, i'm right now taking vitex and time-released dhea ....anyone with anymore opinions please advise....

4-AD is commonly stacked with other phs for just this person, 3-600 mgs/day, divided dose.

DHEA will do more for your estrogen levels than your test levels. Get some 4-ad
