OK guys what do you think? I need some experienced advice. I thinking of adding CLA to my stack. I've trained and competed before as a lightweight competitor. Won my show as a novice. I will enter my next show either as a lightweight or a welterweight. Different classes in this show. Anyway, I am currently 5'4'', 180lbs ~ 9%bf. Last time I competed at 154 ~ 5+% bf. I think I want to be leaner this time.. bringing in more muscle.
I was wondering what CLA products are proven. I've read about the following:
EAS - 90 caps CLA: 1.5g
Optimum 90 caps CLA: 750 mg
Jarrow CLA 100 caps CLA:750 mg
HDT CLA 90 caps CLA: 1000 mg
I would be adding this to clean eating of course and the following suppliments:
Low Carb Lean Body
Muscle Synergy
Nutrex's Lipo - 6 w/Effedra
Multi- vitamins
Flax seed
Thoughts suggestions?
