san V12 & ICE

I am starting a new stack with V12 and ice has anyone used these products? If so what were your results?

v-12 worked well for me, i only used it for a month but got some nice gains . didn't retain too much water and muscles looked full. descent strength gains too. i didn't try the ice so i have nothin on that
