    Im 6'0 185lbs semi pro wide reciever. I have been lifting for about 3 years. Im very weak in the gym putting up about 215lb bench press max and about 275lb squat max. I was thinking of using ph for 4 weeks just to get a lil boost before the season. What do you guys think?

    look into something like 1-ad @ 400-600mgs ed for 3-4 week followed by 6-OXO 600mgs week 1, 300mgs week 2, check out powernutrition.net for both. Should run you roughly the same as paradeca would
