I'm currently taking muscle milk and i was wondering if there is anything out there worth taking that would help me bulk, preferrably besides creatine. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

WAy too young for PH's. Just stick to high calories, high protein and some creatine. In two or 3 years, check out the PH route.Originally posted by rippedsucka
