  • What to take?

    I'm currently taking muscle milk and i was wondering if there is anything out there worth taking that would help me bulk, preferrably besides creatine. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

      thats what i would recommend. really the only thing i can think of besides creatine and a good protein.

          I dont see how anyone could recommend PHs without even knowing what this gentleman eats, what his training was like, etc.
          I agree with food, and a lot of it.

            i appreciate the advice everyone and i think i need to eat more also. however, throughtout the day with a tight schedule it's tough to get in 5 meals a day, but hey yellowjacket said it " no one said it was going to be easy"

                  i am 19 yrs old. i workout 4-5 times a week and i'm just lookin to add some bulk b/c i mean i'm pretty cut and all but i need to add some meat. would ph's be an option? if so what r some possible side effects?

                      WAy too young for PH's. Just stick to high calories, high protein and some creatine. In two or 3 years, check out the PH route.

                        cut back on the cardio. and i dont know about hitting the gym 5 times a week is a good idea to bulk. maybe three times a week the good way to gain mass eat eat eat drink lots of water and do lower reps like 5sets of 5 challenging reps
