I'm gonna start the anarchy stack soon and was wondering if it would be cool to use a prohormone (M1T) at the same time, or will I just be wasting cash? Thx in advance for your help.

from what i understand, the anarchy stack is pretty heavily loaded with stimulants, and not with much ph. with the ephedra ban being put in place, i'm not sure of its makeup, but do know that both ephedra and many of its substitutes, AND M1T will increase blood pressure. the two combined might be a little too much. wait and see what some of the more experienced guys on here have to say, if they've done something similar etc. . . it just sounds sketchy to me, but i'm far from being the voice of experience, or of the knowledge many of these other mofo's have.

I've used the Anarchy Stack in conjunction with S1+ with very favorable results. High blood pressure was not an issue for me during this period. Make sure that you cut down on your sodium intake because that alone will reduce your blood pressure and you won't retain as much water. Here were my dosages:
Total Each Day:
CLA- 3g
R-ALA- 600mg
Green Tea- 1.6g
ALCAR- 2g
Biotin- 10mg
Flaxseed Oil- 2 tbls
AM/PM Breakdown-
AM:
CLA- 3g
R-ALA- 300mg
Green Tea- 800mg
ALCAR- 1g
Biotin- 5mg
PM:
R-ALA- 300mg
Green Tea- 800mg
ALACAR- 1g
Biotin- 5mg
I took the CLA in the AM and NOT in the PM. The reason for this is because I take my flax at night and according to others more learned than I, CLA and Flax compete for the same enzyme and some have reported water retention when combining CLA and EFA's- so to get the best effect, keep those two things seperated.
One other thing; I took my AM dose around 7 and the afternoon dose around 4. Any later in the afternoon and you may feel too jittery to get to sleep at a reasonable hour. Good luck.

I tried to keep my protein/Carb/Fats ratio to about 45/35/20% but sometimes you can't stay on track due to life getting in the way ;) I could probably have gone a bit lower on carbs and higher on the protein but I was travelling at the time and it's pretty hard to keep it all in check. I think the next time I will try carb cycling with HIIT for the cardio portion to further reduce bodyfat after a bulking cycle. That will take some more detailed planning and a lot of discipline for me but it will be worth it in the end. I plan on staying heavy (6-8 rep range) with the weights throughout this period to keep strength levels high.
Eat the majority of your carbs in the AM and try not to go too low on them because you'll definitely feel drained if you do. Start out around maybe 200 calories below maintenence and then gradually drop down to 400- 500 below maintenence. That way, your body has time to adjust to a new setpoint. Good luck.
