okay, i feel cheesy giving such props out, but i feel credit needs to be given where it's due...
i've had a couple of bad experiences with other companies, i won't name them, and i won't use them again.
while shopping for some items, i simultaneously ran everything up through three different sites at a time to compare prices. only one site had slightly better prices, and this is a site i've had huge hassles with. and while some items were 2-3 dollars cheaper, this was more than made up for by their shipping charges, which were unexplainably high. so, overall i DID get the best deal, by simply running through almost the entire process and realizing that powernutrition simply prices their items HONESTLY.
while figuring out how to pay, i had some questions, i called the store at the # given, spoke to someone who was more than helpful, who gave me instructions on how to complete my order AND THEN told me that if i have any more problems to call him back and he'd take the order over the phone - now i know i'm not dealing w/ a shady org., some ripoff company etc...
and lastly, i get back from dinner, check e-mail, and i have several messages waiting for me. one confirming my membership w/ their site, another confirming my order, another informing that the item had been shipped, and another from the shipping company saying it had been picked up from the store and was on its way. attention to detail like this immediately surprised me, and pleased me.
i am incredibly pleased with my experience, and while some things on the site could be better organized, it was no hassle to get my order placed. i felt confident handing over my hard-earned money, i know my shipment is on its way. i'm hooked, i will always use them for now on. period.
told you it was cheesy, but i don't endorse thighmasters, gazelle cardio do-hickeys, or other crap. i couldn't be paid to. (well okay, maybe i could be compensated by just being allowed to stare at brinkleys fun-bags). but i have simply had a better experience this time around than ever before elsewhere, and if their service is always this good i'll always be a customer. credit given where its due... if a company tries this hard, they want the business they get and take care of it.
