    any input is appreciated!

    225lb, 6', 15% bf, eating clean, cardio 3,4 times a week for 30-40 min.'s, 1.5-2.0grams of protein intake per pound of weight, low to moderate carb intake, low fat intake - all good fats (avocados, nuts, and omega3's mostly) I have lifted for years and always have been wary of doing any PH's etc. . ., i finally think it's time, have done as much research as possible, and before bulking later i would like to evaluate my body w/o the bodyfat covering it. that said, i want to cut as low as i can, feel t3 & clen would do so the best, can tolerate SOME muscle loss.

    PCT - 6-oxo, how should i dose on this?!?

    Also, my research subjects' clen is from powernutrition in a pump-spray, how much is each pump from the bottle?!?

    After two weeks on i will re-evaluate, run an ECA stack and determine whether or not to do another cycle etc. . . thank you in advance everyone! i wanna do this carefully, it's not everyday someone loses their PH cherry.... hehehehehe
