I get painful pumps from m1t. Especially in my claves and fore arms. The other night I had to quit my bicep workout because my forearms were so pumped from my back workout. I cant run very long either because the muscles on the sides of my shins hurt so bad..

had the same problem with 1-ad when i was on it... what i did was try not to take it too closely to the time when u workout so its not at its peak.. id try to take my pill like 2-3 hours before i worked out to give it time to run through my system.. if i worked out within a hour of taking it id be done for.
