    Whats up,

    Is there any of you that can give me some help?. I am trying to add mass for a while, and then get cutt up like a mothaf**ka. 2 cycles basicly.... My goal is to have decent size of muscle and be cut with little body fat.. I already have mass, but... more fat than muscle.. i weigh 205 and im about 5'9. Would it be better if i did bulk up for a cycle and add mass (if yes, for how long??) and then get cut without losing mass?? If not what would any of you suggest i could do to help me reach my goal.. ive been working out now for 5 months straight 5 days a week, 1 body part per day, very dedicated. please help.. thx

    I would suggest you cut first, then bulk. and if you need to, cut again. I think you will be closer to your goals going that route. I am 6' and got up to 216 being lazy. I finally had enough and started working out on a strict cutting cycle. I dropped down to 174 in two months. Then I went on a big bulking cycle while shifting my training. I gained 20 pounds in the following two months. So the net was losing about 20 pounds, but I feel I probably gained around 15 pounds of muscle. I've now found my sixpack!
