protein drinks without carbs???

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good protein shake/drink that isn't loaded with carbs or very little. I'm taking Myoplex and I just happened to look at the back of the packet and its got more than my daily allowance of carbs!!! YIKES!!! Thanks:D

Oh and does anybody drink an energy drink before their workouts? I was just wondering cause I went off the creatine and NO2s due to water gain and I really miss that extra energy and was thinking of downing a energy drink before my workout...one that has no sugar/carb of course!:)

The protein that i buy from Costco has only 3g's of carbs a scoop. So, 6g's of carbs a shake.

the syntrax nectar proteins are really good but not the cheapest.
champion nutrions mocha is good, the strawberry is too
optimum 100% whey is good in vanilla or strawberry

all are zero carb and zero or almost no fat.

LIke pudgy said; Nectar. It tastes good and 0 carbs. I usualy use PRo Rated Chocolate. 4 carbs but it is only 37.99 for 10 lbs. Myoplex is a meal replacement not a protien shake there is a little difference(carbs and Fat).
