Alright. HEre is where Im at . started with a 2 week cycle of m1t/4ad gained approx 8 lbs. Dove right into a cutter starting with clen for two weeks. cut calories by about 5-10% a little cheating on the weekends. Started lipoderm y on my luv handles and chest ( got a little fat behind the nips) 11 days ago. Went into eca on monday(lipo-6) . That being said Im down 13 lbs in 17 days. Havent lost much if any muscle. Strength is actually still going up. Ill update again in a few days. when I started the m1t I was @ 10.3 % bf. Im going to check again after next week.

No kidding.After this past weekend Im about through with the 2 and 3 day binges. Im going to post some pics soon Ive got to take somemore Ive got some from about 1 1/2 years ago Iwas still a fat body. I look at them and cant belive it. Without the damn beer I would have a 6 pack right about now.
