I went in there the other day and got big time hooked up. 3 boxes of u-turn bars, 6 boxes of Met Rx protien Chips, 2 free MRP,s Cost less than 25 bucks. The chips arent that bad tasting 36 grams of protien( soy mostly though) 8 carbs. The lady hooks me up every time I go by there with stuff that is going out of date. I never pay over 10 bucks for vitamins. Props to them. If you have one in your town give them a try. They also match internet prices.

A really good book, in my opinion, on nutrients and vitamins is "The Complete Guide to Anti-Aging Nutrients" by Sheldon Saul Hendler who is a professor at UCSD.Originally posted by speedracer59
A multi every day is fine. If you want to supplement more I would go with vitamin e,c, and calcium. That is what I take
It is out of print but you should be able to pick up used copies real cheap at Amazon. It is a must-have, I think and I highly recommend it.
