    Hey all i just bought some chocolate whey from costco and i know that this is a noobish question but i was wondering when and how many times i should be taking it (like before bed ect)

      I was talking it when I woke up in the moring with ice cream and milk and then at night before bed the same way and it was doing very nicely for me.

          That is what I was thinking. As far as times I really dose not matter when yopu take it. I use it for quick meal replacements during the day. I try to eat but if I cant I chug a shake. The one definate time you dont want to missis immediatly post workouts with some simple carbs.

            ya right in the morning so you can start building muscle asap... i wouldnt take whey before bed tho... you want a protien that will take you through the night, not whey. b4 bed go with a casien such as cottage cheese

                Try peanut butter instead of even the new power butter.

                  I have a shake after work out and b4 bed, and as a small meal during day 3 in total a day, the one b4 bed I mix with milk (skimmed) for more protien (but remember with milk it will take longer to get in you).

                    just use milk instead of ice cream, it has protein
