i used it and put on about 10 pounds in 4 weeks. its good stuff and i used a small dose for the size i am. i used 6 squirts twice a day

I used it with methyl 1 test and was very impressed. I wouldnt do it with m1t again because there wasnt enough 4 ad to combat lethargy. But yes it is a great product.
