Insulin Shake

Hey bros, I have finally researched enough to feel confident using slin. My diabetic friend will be getting me some just in time for my PCT(w/ nolvadex.) I was wondering though if there are any protein shakes u bros would recommend using with slin post workout. I also plan to use creatine with my slin.

A regular whey like pro rated , Nectar, or optimum would be ok if you ask me.

Agreed. I've been using a pwo shake with around 80 gm protein, and I also throw in creatine, BCAA's, and some glutamine.

I've been liking it. I get my whey from allthewhey.com.

really stupid question but what does PCT stand for. Post Cycle ...? Sorry i just had to ask, im sick of guessing at it.
