How do I take Clen effectively?

I have asked many times before, because there seems to be so much confusion regarding clenbuterol.

I am taking Ventipulmin syrup and want to know how to take it most effectively in what dosage and for how long.

Im female, 5'9, 150.

Start with 20 mcgs ramp up 20mcgs every day until the sides become to much then back off 20 mcgs.maintian a couple of days then ramp down. ECA for 2 weeks after Repeat.
