  • Anyone have experience with NOS?

    I've been reading up on it and stuff. Does it really work? What are the side effects?

    Currently I take Creatine Mono, Glutamine, a multivitamin and vitamin e. Any other suggestions? i'm currently about 175 with about 8% body fat. I want to gain about 30 more pounds. If you need to know what my diet is like i'll let you know.

    I'd say not to bother too much with Glutamine... There are other volumizers out there that may be better than NOS (if you are reffering to the Met-Rx product by that name) like Nitrous by Syntrax, or V12 by SAN..

    175 wanting to gain another 30lbs, you'll need to get in at least 4500 calories, clean foods with good fats and complex carbs.. Of course, keep the protein up. ;)

      well here is my usual daily meals:

      About 9-10am eat breakfast usually something like a danish or bagel.

      then about every two hours i'll eat something. i'll eat a triple decker PB & J sandwich twice a day. I eat something good for lunch like a sub or chicken fingers. then i'll eat either tuna and rice or some pasta before I go to the gym. After my workout i'll have a protein shake. then about an hour later i'll eat dinner. then i'll eat something before i go to bed.

        To start with you need a better breakfast IMO. 8-12 eggs whites is a good start. Id drop the glutamine like pete said. Throiw some natty pb in your shakes and get alot of flax/olive/fish oils. You may want to give a weight gainer a try. N-large 2 is a favorite of many. I liked it alot. If I was gong to use a NOS product it would be syntrax's in conjunction with swolev2. Make sure and get some post workout simple carbs. How old are you? You may want to start researching 1 test,4ad, m1t and other products like these.

          Nice avatar btw speedracer. I am 24. I just went to the store yesterday and got some ON protein, some VPX Micllean protein, some syntrax swole v2. I do need to up my breakfast. Today i had a shake and some danish and a PBJ sandwich. I don't really want to get into the anabolic and stuff.

            The swole is pretty good stuff as with the other two. The VPX is a little over priced but good quality.Dont forget the post workout carbs and oils. They are very important.

              Cottage cheese would be good to add for breakfast..watch out though cuz its loaded with fats but high in protein and cheap at $2 a small container,Good Luck

                Load up in carbs and protein!!!!!!!! It worked for me I had chicken and pasta, I HUGE bowl pretty much 4-5 times a week for about a month and its worked I gained good weight form it. I also had good size gains from V12 stacked with NO2 (which just adda oxygento grow).

                    I used no2 and got good results, it kicked in after five days.I also used other kinds of no that straight up sucked, i even upped the dose and they still wasnt as good as no2.

                      Dont eat 8-12 egg whites, each egg white is worth 7grams of protein, eat 4 or 5 egg whites, a banana, and a protein shake, because if u inject over 50-60 grams of protein in each meal your liver cant handle over that amount, so you end up pissing the rest of the protein out....... eat after 2-3 hrs everytime, espically greens and lean meats amd alot of carbs like wheat bread and brown rice..........
