So I started up on swole and went to the gym yesterday. Made sure i loaded a day before i went. All i can say is this stuff blows creatine away. I could not believe the pumps i got and how long they lasted. I did arms and i'd say they swelled about two inches more than normal. I couldn't believe it.
I have two questions though. How should I cycle this? One month on, one off? And do I need to drink as much water as I had to with creatine? I'm assuming so, but if not it would be nice not to piss every five minutes.
