  • Muscle Milk w/ EvoPro

my question... would it be worth while to add the one scoop serving of EvoPro to my Muscle Milk shake for the added protein... or stick with another "cheaper" brand. i'm trying to find a small serving size with an additional 20-25 grams of protein.

Chromium is a mineral found in many foods, brother.. ;)

EvoPro is Muscle Milk without carbs and fats, so adding it wouldn't be bad, only expensive.. Get some cheap isolate from All The Whey if you wanna just boost the protein content of a shake or two.. The banana flavor would go good with Banana Creme Muscle Milk.. :)
