    is m4ohn the same thing as oxavar? i think it is. is it true that this is one of the best strength gaining products on the market? any info would help

    Im almost 2 weeks into it right now. Im dosing it at 7.5 mgs a day. I have seen minimal results thus far. We'll see how the upcoming week goes.

        Im now a little over 2 weeks,(4 days to be exact) and im now starting to love this PH. I think i wasnt getting enough carbs. As soon as I upped the carbs a little, i felt much better. My strength hasnt been through the roof but it has been improving. To improve while cutting is a very tough thing to do, so you know it was working well. Ill give more of a review in a bit

          does anyone know if someone has tried m1t and m4ohn together in a stack, it sounds like it would be awesome. lemme know? should you stay on a lower dose of m1t, like around 5 mg?

            I don't recommend stacking 2 methyls... It's your body, but I don't wanna put any more strain on my liver than I have to.

              I know, it sounds like a great stack. Someone will eventually do it, but for the time being it wont be me. I know stacking two methyls is a big no no, but it seems like M4OHN's liver toxicity is almost non existent. Sledge has tested it and says that there should be little problems with liver toxicity. Im not going to be the guinea pig but the idea behind it is on point.

                yeah, thats why i was wondering if 5 mgs of m1t and a higher dose of m4ohn. i don't think i'll be the guinea pig either though, we'll wait and see

                  Im very up and down on this PH. I loved it for about a week and now Im not so sure. I realize this is a horrible review I have been giving on this PH, so please dont listen to mine. Im just trying to be honest. I have now upped the dose to 20 mgs a day and I will see what that does. I will keep you updated but when I said "love" in one of my posts, i must have been on crack because I dont hate it but i certainly dont love it. Im entering my fourth week so Ill give my final review when im done.

                    yeah, i've heard over at AM that the dosage has to be a lot higher than people initially stated. more like anywhere from 20 to 30 mg per day. lemme know what u think at the end

                      i'm eight days into an m1t/m4ohn cycle.

                      week 1: 16mgs ed m4ohn
                      10mgs ed m1t
                      i take half of each dose every twelve hours.

                      week 2: bumped up m1t to 15 mgs ed, one cap every eight hours. i don't plan to go any higher on dosage. kept m4ohn at same dosage.

                      week 3: hope to run one more week at these dosages if the m4ohn can make the m1t sides bearable.

                      week 4-5: will cut m1t off and raise m4ohn to 24 mgs ed.

                      week 6-10: pct with nolva and possibly clomid if shutdown is bad.

                      i was initially concerned because the m1t sides set in right away. lethargy and moderate lower back pain kicked in by day two.

                      however, as i had hoped, the m4ohn seems to be negating those sides now. as of yesterday (day 7) i started to really feel good throughout most of the day and my workouts are really intense.

                      i am up eight pounds body weight and my lifts have gone up by about 15% on average. the weight i am gaining seems to be more quality mass with very little if any bloat.

                      my last cycle was m1t with 4ad and i bloated like a dead fish and gyno set in on day eight, cutting my cycle short.

                      i have no gyno or water retention symptoms as of yet, lethargy is very minimal, and when i go to bed i sleep like a baby. so i think that m1t also seems to aleviate the insomnia i've heard people say they experience with m4ohn. even the m1t back pain is gone! sex drive is very intact as well which makes me a happy man and my wife a happy woman.

                      with m1t previously, i always seemed to have a problem with my temper, and an overall grumpy demeanor. since the m4ohn has kicked in i feel like a half million bucks! haha, if i had more sleep i'd feel like a million but i have a 10 month old son!

                      anyways, i really am liking this cycle so far. i'm not close to finished yet though, so i'll try to keep posting. i'm wondering if it would have been smarter to wait till week two to kick in the m1t, but overall i am pleased.

                      my supps are pretty standard:
                      about 250 grams protien ed from fish, chicken, kidney beans, milk, yogurt, nuts
                      also eat lots of broccoli, spinach, oats, bananas and other good stuff
                      three muscle milk shakes ed: pre and post workout and before bed
                      1000 mgs flax oil
                      1000 mgs fish oil\
                      1000 mgs milk thistle
                      400 mgs r-ala
                      multi
                      500 mgs vit C
