TRAC = NOx5 + CE2 (Time Released Creatine)
TRAC is a patent pending time released creatine/arginine formula. This creatine/arginine combo triggers a number of anabolic actions, which support muscle growth, strength and “massive pumps”.
The time released delivery provides a continuous supply of creatine and arginine. Creatine creates “cell-volumizing” by pulling water “inside” the muscle cell. This cell-volumizing has been shown to increase muscle size and strength.
Arginine, on the other hand, generates massive pumps via “Nitric Oxide”. In fact, studies show arginine is a much more powerful Nitric Oxide booster than AAKG. In fact, all of the clinical research on Nitric Oxide is on Arginine not AAKG. Nitric Oxide (NO) generates massive pumps by forcing blood into muscle cells. This engorgement of blood also increases the uptake of creatine and other nutrients to stimulate even more muscle growth.
The TRT™ (Time Released Technology) delivery provides the continual supply of creatine and Nitric Oxide gives your muscles a full rock hard pump for up to 8 hours.
Other benefits of TRAC include: NO Sugar, NO Loading, NO Bloating.
Suggested Use: Take one serving approximately 30 minutes before your workout

Didnt want to make another thread so I am posting here. I have been taking CE2 for about 2 months now and have been running it at 4.8g a day. I have went from 192lbs to 203lbs since I have been using it. I dont know how much of it was from the ce2 cause I was around the same weight b4 I got sick and lost a ton of weight. But either way, my question is, is this enough? Should I run it at a higher dose? I was thinking about running it at about 9-11g a day. I have been stuck at 203lbs for about 3wks now and my goal is to get to about 210-215lbs b4 the end of the year when I will be getting back on aas. I am not taking any other supplement but that. Everything else is whey and diet. My diet is up to par and my training and rest aswell. Let me know what yall think cause I aint no expert in estered creatine, to new for me! LOL!

People run monohydrate and malate products at 5-10gms/day. I'm running Xpand at 8-10gms/day. From what I've read I don't think CE2 would be different enough to justify concern over going higher. IMO, I would just bump it up to about 8gms/day and see if I see any positive or negative difference. Probably won't hurt but also don't want to waste it if it doesn't have any positive effect.

Rock, there is no need to bump up the CR2 bro, it is estefied which make it almost a 100% use up by the muscles. The only reason people bump up creatine is to load the creatine into the muscles as quick as possible, but onces your muscles get topped out, you will see no extra benefits in taking the products. Around that time you will need to get off for a couple of months, and then repeat the process again.
