What's your take on creatine serum? What other supplements should be combined with creatine?

i can see how it would be effective in liquid form, but cost per serving based on regular creatines makes it just not worth it.

I heard that creatine was unstable in liguid....powder aloows you to get so much more in

It's not that that the powder lets you get more in, but for the price you can pretty much double your dose on powder or more. Creatine doesn't really work for me though. I gain abot 2-3 lbs of water and piss it off when i'm off cycle. I'm gonna give Swole or V12 a try once I'm done w/ my m1t/4ad cycle
