  • What are THE essential supps?

    I'm 190 lbs., 5'11" nd I've been training naturally for six years now. Right now I'm interested in leaning down for summer. In the fall through spring 2003-04 I want to bulk up and may do a couple cycles. Besides food, protein powder and a multi-vitamin, what should I be taking? Any suggestions for fat burners?

      Really the only essential supps in my mind are protein and high calorie intake for bulking unless u really want serious bulking... then use creatine/PHs... for cutting keep protein high, cut carbs and cals, do alot of cardio. If you want more, use clenbuterol or something to help.

              THE essential weight loss supplement: water. 1.5-3 gallons, all day, everyday. Prolly the only supplement that works

                you might have better luck by starting a thread entitlted "What supps do you take?

                it might give you a better idea of what everyone is taking.
