Good PWO shake: 2 scoops Nectar, 1 scoop Swole V2, 1 scoop Nitrous, 40g dextrose or maltodextrin.. ;)

Yeah, it foams up abit if you shake it too hard.. Damn, that doesn't sound right..

Molecular Nutrition's Whey Fruity foams up worse, doesn't taste as good either.. :p
