Im trying to find out if adding M1T would be a wise supp to use during my fight training. My main focus is increased streangth and leaning out. Im not real interested in gaining muscle mass. Just wondering everyones thoughts on this.

Mabey @ lower doses 10mgs or less. Here is why I say that. From my own exeriances M!t gave me bad cramps, pumps, shin splints when I went above 10 mgs. A fighter does alot of cardio ie running, jumping rope etc.I couldnt run 1/2 mile without having to stop for pain. I think the is better options out there for you. personally. @ 10 mgs it wasnt too bad and yes I did lean out a good bit .

Another thing to consider is drug testing... m1t shows up on some steroid tests or so i've been told. i took 10mg for 2 weeks, took 2 off, then took 15mg for 2 weeks and put on about 13 lbs lean muscle. i say lean b/c my waste never changed in the least bit, but my chest grew 2.5 inches, arms 1.25". I had no cramps or any other sides, but i was taking 2g taurine and 1g potassium per day to counter those.

From your post, I read into it that you aren't concerned with muscle hypertrophy but instead strength training. Do a search on Westside traing from the Westside Barbell Club. It is power lifting based stuff but it also touches upon speed training as well as strength training. You may be able to use some of their techniques to improve your performance.
Most strength and speed in martial arts comes from a strong midsection, good balance, and perfect technique. Overall strength and conditioning should be emphasized though. Most advanced programs in martial arts will encourage weight training and flexibility excercises to increase effectiveness nd performance.
Prohormones/AAS should be used only after a strong nutritional program and proper weight training form and technique are developed. Get a few years under your belt (no pun intended) before you take a stab at prohormones/AAS. Max out your natural capabilities first then build on that. Good luck!Last edited by Primal Instinct; 05-19-04, 11:03 PM.

Lethargy would also be an issue w/ the use of M1-tOriginally posted by Cincinnatus
So does anyone have any suggestions as to what options there are as far as prohormones that will not cause muscle cramping and painfull pumps?
Maybe look into M5aa pre-workout for a good energy boost/ strength gainer

I agree entirely with Primal Instinct . Get all your shit together, then jump into chemical realm. I train muay thai and BJJ, and I feel something like anavar would be great. It yields very good strength gains, no bloat, some lean mass and is good for RBC count and tendons. So you get power, endurance, good ligaments and little weight gain. Also the least amount of sides.
