does this stuff have any use for bodybuilding? i've read the threads but there's really not much on it. i was thinking about trying it out. anyone?

Used it, at least stuff from GNC, Wal-Mart etc.
Don't think it has much, but dayum, after a healthy dose in the evening feels like a couple shootes of tequila, get the full body weird relaxed feeling, hmmmmm, come to think of it might do it tonight .
For me, every now and then okay, yet, more than 2 nights in a row and seems to hurt my sleep rather than help.
No miracle worker, yet a fun little side trip.

You said it, Trip. Early on, it serves to calm your nerves and allows you to focus on whatever tasks you want. After a few hours though, whooo....it gives me a feeling of slight drunkeness, lol. I don't know exactly how it works in the body but it's an interesting feeling, to say the least.
