i was thinking of adding in HMB to my workouts ......has anyone had good/bad expierences with it?
when should i take it before or after workout?
and is it true it helps in keeping your gains?.....alot of people tell me it's ..O.K...
nothing out of the ordinary, they also tell me to stack it with creatine, and a good protien shake.....well just let me know what you think.....oh yea and i got an email saying that all PH'S and prosteroids
will be banned soon does that mean this is really the end ? ....i hope that internet sales would be affected and just OTC shit....
