NOTE: This is not a shameless plug for free product.. Although I did get this free from a friend who didn't want it, I'm giving an honest opinion..



I've been using Cerebro by Syntrax for almost 3 weeks, good for focus and mental clarity.. I take 2 caps on workout days in the morning.. Not only has my focus increased, I can think pretty clear thru the day.. I'm a big fan of mind/muscle connection, so this is a pretty good product in that aspect..

Anyone else try it?

YJ once again read his roomie's mind.. ATW= All The Whey.. ;)

Their orange and unflavored are pretty tasty, a scoop of each with two scoops Ultra Fuel fruit punch for a PWO explosion.. :)
