BF%=no idea but too damn fat
When I started back lifting 4 months ago, I was at 285. I've lost 50 lbs just busting my ass and eating clean again. I was planning on getting down to about 200 then bulking/building to where I was once many moons ago. But I've been thinking more and more that a supplement/anabolic cycle or two may help things along a bit. I'm as clean as a whistle, haven't cycled anything in over 5 years. I was looking at the M1T with the 6oxo for PCT. Would this have any advantage for further fat loss/muscle retention or should I cycle something more for the fat first?
