Buying seperate ingredience?

Would I get the same results if instead of buying a certain product, I bought all the seperate ingredience that make the product?. If I took the same ammount mg for mg, would I get the same results? I would even get the correct sugar used for the transport to the blood. Would it work just as good? All the seperate ingredience are even made by the same company.

I also realize its more expensive but dont really care. Thanks,GM.;)

No question is a dumb question right? Well here it goes........

Could I pre mix all of it and put it in little packets for quick and easy use, instead of mixing it every time for one drink? Or would it do something bad if the different ingredience were mixed with eachother for too long in the packets?

What supplement are you wanting to pre-mix?

Of course you'll get the same results from premixing ingredients, its done everyday. :)

I also need to know how many mg are in 1 gram.


I am mixing an old supp a trainer used to take back in the day that was supposed to be amazing. I might give it a try, but I want to make sure of everything before I do anything.

1 gram = 1000mg.

Just something to take inbetween cycles that is supposed to be great according to a past first place competitor that I train with. Hes 41 yrs old but honestly looks 26. Im gonna give it a shot.
