cycle length, PCT questions

After 8 weeks on 4AD, including 2 on M1t, 2 off M1t, 2 on, 2 off, is it an 8 week off with PCT, or is it ok to cycle again after 4 or 6 off with PCT, then take a long break. Opinions appreciated.

time on = time off

PCT counts for time on, so I would wait about 12 weeks until your next cycle.
