  • A little Help?!

    I am 18 years old and am looking to start on the v12 turbo creatine along with the infusion. I am also looking to work r-ala and dextrose into the mix. I have several questions regarding this.

    A) When is the best time to take the creatine and protein shakes?

    B) How much r-ala and dextrose should i put into the shakes?

    C) Should the dextrose and r-ala be put into both the creatine and protein shakes?

    Check your thread when you asked these questions before. r-ala100 - 300 mgs should do the trick.

      Id suggest either 1 serving of reatine 15 mins or so before a workout, or directly after. U could do both, but its a little harder on ur liver so id split the dose if u were gonna do that. Take speeds advice on the r-ala

      Protein needs to be consumed every 2-3 hours in a perfect world. But DEFINEATLY A.S.A.P. after a workout.
