    any sups out there to help you digest food faster? or something to help you have more room for food intake?

    Ginger root is suppose to help with digestion/absorption among other things.

      I have always heard that having a good colony of acidophilus in your lower intestine doesn't hurt.

        It sounds like your having trouble getting enough food because your not getting hungary. That's just what it takes though to eat enough. That's why you time it. You don't eat as you get hungary, you eat when your suppose to wheather your hungary or not.

          yeah i do time it every 2 hours....carbs/protein
